Who we are

This website is operated by CLERRA GmbH, Kirschblütenweg 39, 4059 Basel, Switzerland ("CLERRA," "we," "us"). If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at clerra@clerra-health.com.

What this website is

These pages introduce the CLERRA concept and let you register interest in one of three upcoming products (CLERRA Bare, CLERRA Energy, CLERRA Vital), and try a short, informal preview of a future CLERRA assessment. This is an early-stage validation exercise, not a finished product or service.

What information we collect

We collect only what you actively submit through the forms on this site:

• Email Address: If you join a product waitlist or submit the foundations-check preview.
• Referral Context: Which page referred you, if you reached the foundations-check preview from a Bare, Energy, or Vital page (a simple source label, not used to identify you individually beyond your submission).
• Newsletter Preference: If you tick the optional box to receive CLERRA updates (unticked by default — we only add you if you actively choose to).

What we do not collect or store

Your answers to the individual foundations-check questions and the results shown to you are calculated entirely on your local device and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

Our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical information common to all websites (such as IP address, device type, and browser version) strictly for network security, fault diagnosis, and system integrity. This is handled by our service providers listed below, not by CLERRA directly, and is not used to build a profile of you.

Why we collect it

• To let you know when a product becomes available and offer early access.
• To send you CLERRA's foundations-first educational content, only if you have opted in.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and messages people respond to, so we can decide whether and how to bring CLERRA fully to market.

We do not use your information for automated individual decision-making or profiling, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who else sees your information

We use service providers to build, host, and store data for this site. They process data on our behalf under technical contract terms and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Lovable: Website building and hosting platform.
• Supabase: Database storage for form submissions.
• Google Analytics (GA4): Site usage analytics (see "Cookies and tracking" below for details).

International Data Transfers

• Our primary database (Supabase) is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Switzerland recognizes the EU/EEA as providing an adequate level of data protection.
• Google and Lovable operate out of the United States and other global server locations. Where personal data is transferred or processed outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, it is done relying on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

How long we keep your information

Because this is a time-bound validation exercise, we keep waitlist and foundations-check submissions for no longer than 6 months from submission. You can ask us to delete your information earlier at any time.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), you have the right to:

• Access: Request information on what personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to rectify inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request the deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Receive a copy of your personal data in a standard, machine-readable format.
• Object / Withdraw: Object to our processing of your data or withdraw your consent for communications at any time.
• Complain: Lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with this site. GA4 uses cookies placed on your device to record aggregated metrics (e.g., page views and waitlist conversions). We only activate this tracking after you accept it via our cookie consent banner; if you decline, GA4 does not track your visit. You can modify or revoke your consent at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site or data practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the latest version.
